At ARKENOR, a subsidiary of the ARKORIS group, we structure environmental expertise to enhance the quality of real estate projects. We act as independent experts in environmental diagnostics, certifications, and ecological performance initiatives, working directly with project owners, engineering firms, and design teams. As part of the development of our Aix-en-Provence office, we are recruiting a Sustainable Certifications Lead, responsible for leading the environmental certification processes for buildings.
Your mission: to support, structure, guarantee
You will be responsible for monitoring and implementing environmental certifications with public and private project owners. You will contribute to the methodological quality of projects, from the design phase to the implementation phase, in compliance with the requirements of the BDM, NF Habitat HQE, BEE+ (Prestaterres Certifications) and BBCA standards.

You will be responsible for monitoring and implementing environmental certifications with public and private project owners. Your main responsibilities
- Managing certification processes : monitoring BDM, NF Habitat HQE, BEE+, BBCA projects, organizing milestones and deliverables.
- Supporting project owners and teams : integrating certification criteria into design choices, raising awareness among stakeholders.
- Evaluate the conformity of technical studies : analysis of thermal (RE2020), acoustic, fluid, structural aspects, in relation to environmental standards.
- Supervise controls during the execution phase : organize compliance checks, participate in OPRs, ensure the obtaining of certifications.
- Participate in project meetings : coordination with architects, design offices, project management assistance and companies, formalization of decisions and arbitrations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices : feedback, consolidation of internal methods, regulatory monitoring.
Expected profile
- Minimum Bac+5 in the fields of building, energy or environment.
- Proven experience as an AMO or project manager for BDM, NF Habitat HQE, BEE+ or BBCA processes, acquired in a design office, certification body or control office.
- Solid knowledge of thermal (RE2020), acoustics and environmental certifications.
- Valued skills in building fluids and technical systems.
- Organization, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stable posture in exchanges with project management teams, project managers and companies.
