ARKORIS is supporting the Altiplano project at Toulouse Aerospace with its expertise in environmental certification . Designed by KCAP and V2S Architectes , this development of 390 housing units and 6,500 m² of office space adopts a low-carbon approach integrating biodiversity and energy efficiency. Phased delivery begins in 2027.
Mona – BMG Group – Pessac (33)
ARKORIS is supporting the Mona project in Pessac with its expertise in environmental certification . Designed by AR Architectes , this 3,500 m² office complex prioritizes sustainable construction and careful integration into the landscape. Delivery is scheduled for the first half of 2026.
Rosa Bonheur Park – European Metropolis of Lille – Lomme (59)
ARKORIS is supporting the environmental certification of the Rosa Bonheur business park, designed to house offices and urban services in the heart of Lomme. ARKORIS supported the environmental certification of the Lille Administrative City , an exemplary project designed by Valode & Pistre and Coldefy . With its 38,400 m² , this PassivHaus and Effinature certified building integrates photovoltaics, water management, and urban biodiversity.
