The real estate sector is evolving under increased climatic, energy and regulatory constraints.
ARKORIS structures the entire environmental chain of projects:
- a thermal and fluid engineering office (RE2020, energy simulations, carbon LCA, HVAC, electrical engineering (power/control), BMS, tertiary sector decree),
- an environmental control office (AMO certifications HQE-BD, NF Habitat HQE, BREEAM, BEE, territorial QBD approaches, regulatory ecological expertise, acoustic measurements and infiltration testing),
- An independent biodiversity certification body (Effinature, Biodiversity Performance Score – BPS). Our teams operate throughout France, taking into account the specific climatic conditions of zones H1, H2 and H3.
Three areas of expertise mobilized together to secure the technical, regulatory and environmental decisions of housing, commercial and public facilities projects.

ARKEMEP
Engineering office – Thermal, acoustic, fluid, electrical and energy engineering
Carrying out RE2020 studies (Bbio, Cep, DH), dynamic thermal simulations (STD / SED), carbon LCA, HVAC sizing, regulatory acoustic studies and electrical studies CFO / CFA integrating the requirements of the BACS decree.
Support for operations subject to the tertiary decree: energy audit, consumption reduction trajectories and optimization of systems in design and renovation.
Purpose: to secure energy performance and guarantee the technical robustness of buildings.

ARKENOR
Environmental Control Bureau
Project management assistance intervention on the CERQUAL NF Habitat HQE, CERTIVEA HQE-BD, BREEAM, BEE (Prestaterre) standards and all QBD territorial approaches (BDM, BDO, BDF, BDNA, BDBFC, BDB).
Carrying out regulatory ecological assessments (impact studies, protected species L.411-1, Natura 2000 L.414-1, ERC sequence), environmental monitoring of construction sites and regulatory measures: acoustics, RE2020 infiltration testing, network sealing, DPE.
Purpose: to ensure regulatory compliance, to make environmental evidence reliable and to guarantee the robustness of operational commitments.

IRICE
Independent certification body
(biodiversity and ecological performance)
Issuance of Effinature certifications (NCO, EVO, HOR, HVE) and evaluation of the Biodiversity Performance Score (BPS).
Impartial assessment based on evidence analysis, traceability of commitments and compliance with international methodological requirements.
Purpose: to certify the actual ecological performance and guarantee the environmental credibility of projects to investors, communities and markets.
Integrated engineering to secure your projects.

Our achievements
Each operation mobilizes our thermal design office (ARKENOR), our environmental project management assistance (ARKENOR) and, when relevant, our independent biodiversity certification body (IRICE).
We support project owners in technical structuring, regulatory compliance (RE2020, environmental certifications) and the production of legally binding evidence.

Engineering, environmental control and certification services operating in all French regions
ARKORIS is involved in residential, commercial, mixed-use and development projects throughout all metropolitan regions: Île-de-France , Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur , Occitanie , Nouvelle-Aquitaine , Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes , Bretagne, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Grand Est, Hauts-de-France, Normandie, Centre-Val de Loire, Pays de la Loire and Corse.
The group includes:
- A design office (RE2020, carbon LCA, HVAC, electrical systems (power/control), BMS, tertiary sector decree)
- An environmental control office providing project management assistance for HQE Sustainable Building, NF Habitat HQE, HQE Residential, BREEAM, and BEE (Prestaterre) certifications, as well as for all territorial QBD initiatives (BDM, BDO, BDF, BDNA, BDBFC, BDB).
ARKENOR also conducts regulatory ecological assessments (impact studies, protected species, Natura 2000, ERC sequence), environmental monitoring of construction sites, and regulatory measurements (acoustics, airtightness testing, network sealing, energy performance certificates). - An independent certification body (Effinature – NCO, EVO, HOR, HVE – and Biodiversity Performance Score).
This integrated organization makes it possible to design, verify and certify operations by ensuring regulatory compliance, environmental performance and the credibility of commitments.
