Building acoustic measurements
ARKENOR performs the regulatory acoustic measurements required for the compliance of new and existing buildings, particularly within the framework of RE2020 and quality standards. Services include:

Infiltrometry & air permeability (RE2020)
RE2020 tests in detached houses, multi-family dwellings or commercial buildings:
- intermediate test (under construction),
- final reception test
- Leak detection using smoke generators / thermal imaging cameras,
- measurements carried out by QUALIBAT 8711 operator, in accordance with RE2020 requirements and current protocols.
Ventilation - Regulatory measures RE2020
- ventilation flow rate and pressure according to the RE2020 protocol.

ARKENOR produces the Regulatory energy performance certificates (EPCs), for residential and commercial buildings, through the intermediary of certified property diagnosticians, in accordance with the Building and Housing Code.
The energy performance certificates (EPCs) produced can be used for:
- regulatory obligations;
- audits and transactions;
- analyses of the actual energy performance of buildings.
