ARKEMEP is the fluid engineering design office of the ARKORIS group.
We work in design and renovation on residential and commercial projects for RE2020 thermal studies, energy audits and tertiary decree, HVAC sizing, plumbing and electrical CFO/CFA, regulatory acoustic studies and BIM technical coordination.
We structure the technical arbitrations upstream in order to secure energy performance, thermal and acoustic comfort, and regulatory compliance of operations.
Key technical choices to secure real estate projects from the outset
We design, size, and coordinate all MEP systems: HVAC, DHW, ventilation, plumbing, electrical/low-voltage systems, thermal, acoustic, and BIM. We also provide site supervision, commissioning, operational monitoring, energy performance in use, and compliance with tertiary sector decrees and BACS regulations.
MEP Professions
RE2020 thermal studies (Bbio, Cep, DH) – STD/SED simulations – Energy audits.
We design, size and supervise the technical installations of buildings: HVAC, DHW, ventilation, plumbing, electrical (power/control), thermal (RE2020), acoustics and BIM MEP.

MEP Engineering: Design, Coordination and Performance
ARKEMEP intervenes throughout the entire life cycle of buildings: preliminary studies, detailed design, technical coordination, site monitoring, commissioning and operation.
The missions cover all MEP systems: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, DHW, electrical CFO/CFA, BMS/BACS, regulatory thermal, acoustic and BIM.
This approach allows for complete control of technical installations, from the initial architectural intentions to actual operational performance. Design studies integrate regulatory requirements (RE2020, LCA, Tertiary Decree, BACS) and operational constraints: occupancy profiles, service continuity, maintenance, indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and energy efficiency.
The objective is to obtain consistent, reliable and operational installations, regardless of the building types.
HVAC, plumbing and electrical studies
HVAC and plumbing studies cover collective housing, offices, schools, hotels, shops, swimming pools, gyms, health buildings, nursing homes, public facilities, industrial buildings except for tertiary buildings and complex architect-designed houses.
Services include thermal assessments, sizing, air handling networks, smoke extraction, substations, heat pumps and hybrid systems.
In electrical CFO/CFA, ARKEMEP deals with TGBT, networks, lighting, VDI, video surveillance, access control, SSI coordination and GTB/BACS synoptics.
The proposed solutions are adapted to usage needs, operational constraints and security requirements.
RE2020 thermal performance, LCA and optimization
Thermal studies include TH-DBC calculations, RSET simulations, RE2020 LCA with FDES and DPGF integration, as well as the analysis of envelope and system variants.
This approach makes it possible to align projects with energy, carbon and summer comfort requirements, while securing technical choices from the early stages.
Building acoustics
Acoustic studies cover airborne, structure-borne, hydraulic, and aerodynamic noise. ARKEMEP works on standard or complex configurations: offices, classrooms, housing, hotels, medical units, open-plan layouts, technical rooms, sports halls, and specific architectural designs.
The solutions cover decoupling, silencers, vibration treatments, flanking and protections adapted to the uses.
BIM MEP and technical coordination
BIM modeling (LOD 100 to 400) ensures the spatial consistency of networks and the control of interfaces. ARKEMEP produces models intended for inter-lot coordination, incompatibility detection, pre-synthesis, and digital as-built documentation for operation.
Project monitoring, construction site and commissioning
Monitoring the work includes analyzing execution documents, technical visits, progress reports, managing reservations and verifying regulatory compliance.
Commissioning ensures that performance is achieved: adjustments, balancing, functional tests, BMS/BACS tests and validation of instructions.
Tertiary sector decree, BACS and energy performance
ARKEMEP carries out consumption monitoring, climate adjustment, -40/-50/-60% trajectories, preparation of OPERAT declarations, periodic BACS control and optimization of schedules, instructions and operating strategies.
This approach helps to reduce abuses, stabilize practices and ensure regulatory compliance in the long term.
Comfort, air quality and summer strategy
The analyses focus on IAQ, CO₂ measurements, ventilation, thermal comfort, occupancy strategies, solar gain management, inertia and optimization of regulations.
The recommendations are suitable for offices, schools, hotels, housing, healthcare facilities and custom-designed architecture.
EV charging infrastructure and technical infrastructure
IRVE studies incorporate power requirements, integration with the main distribution board, simultaneity constraints, load management, load shedding scenarios and compatibility with building management systems.
The proposed solutions guarantee the reliability, security and scalability of the installations.
Fluid engineering firm operating throughout the country
ARKEMEP operates throughout France, with a structured activity in the South Region , Occitanie , Nouvelle-Aquitaine , Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Île-de-France .
We carry out RE2020 thermal studies, energy audits and tertiary decree compliance, HVAC sizing, plumbing and electrical CFO/CFA, as well as regulatory acoustic studies, in climatic zones H1, H2 and H3.
We structure the technical decisions of project owners, from design to commissioning.
