The ARKORIS group brings together the expertise of ARKEMEP (energy and fluid engineering), ARKENOR (diagnostics, ecological assessments, environmental certifications), and IRICE (independent third-party certification body). We support project owners in the technical, regulatory, and environmental structuring of their construction and renovation projects. As part of the development of our Aix-en-Provence office, we are recruiting a Project Planning ManagerYou play a central role in coordinating studies and controlling schedules, ensuring the smooth flow of internal processes and compliance with contractual commitments.

Working directly with project owners, project managers, and senior management, you will lead the planning of operations. You will contribute to the organizational stability of projects, the visibility of workloads, and the management of priorities.

Your main responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan : define deadlines, organize delivery schedules, adjust the pace according to the milestones of real estate operations.
- Maintaining client relationships regarding planning : being the main point of contact for project owners regarding schedule monitoring and delivery organization.
- Structuring and anticipating : identifying areas of concern, anticipating resource needs, and reporting workload alerts to management.
- Streamlining internal coordination : ensuring the interface between the Energy & Environment (ARKENOR), Ecological Expertise & Certification (ARKENOR) and IRICE (independent certification) divisions.
- Monitoring operational quality : contributing to the control of risks related to deadlines and the quality of deliverables.
- Participate in project meetings : represent the management of schedules in internal and external coordination committees, formalize decisions and arbitrations.
Expected profile
- Bac+5 level training in the fields of building, energy or environment.
- Proven experience in project planning, project management assistance, project management or design office.
- Technical skills appreciated in climate engineering, air handling, hydraulics, electricity.
- Knowledge of environmental certifications (NF Habitat HQE, BEE+, Sustainable Building, Sustainable Neighborhood).
- Organization, rigor, ability to structure and anticipate.
- Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, stable posture in client and partner interactions.
