The ARKORIS group brings together the expertise of ARKEMEP (energy and fluid engineering), ARKENOR (diagnostics, ecological assessments, environmental certifications), and IRICE (independent third-party certification body). We work alongside project owners, engineering firms, and local authorities to structure robust, regulatory, and operational approaches in the fields of energy, the environment, and biodiversity. As part of our development, we are recruiting a Partnership Manager, responsible for leading, structuring and developing the network of technical, commercial and institutional partners of the ARKORIS group.
Your mission: to foster, structure, and secure partnerships
You are the internal point of contact for all matters relating to the group's partnerships. You ensure the consistency of agreements, the quality of partnership relations, and the leveraging of business synergies between ARKEMEP, ARKENOR, and IRICE.

Your mission: to foster, structure, and secure partnerships
You are the internal point of contact for all matters relating to the group's partnerships. You ensure the consistency of agreements, the quality of partnership relations, and the leveraging of business synergies between ARKEMEP, ARKENOR, and IRICE.
Your main responsibilities
- Structuring the partner network : qualifying partners, setting up agreements, monitoring contracts, and managing the relationship.
- Ensuring inter-structure consistency : coordination with operational teams to guarantee alignment of partnerships with ARKEMEP, ARKENOR and IRICE offerings.
- Supporting business development : identifying opportunities for synergies, networking, co-leading targeted actions with approved partners.
- Monitoring commitments and the quality of partnerships : regular evaluation of cooperation, formalization of reports and areas for improvement.
- Managing partnership communication : contributing to the production of materials, promoting collaborations while respecting the group's positioning.
- Participate in strategic monitoring : identification of key players in the sector, analysis of market developments, contribution to the group's outreach strategy.
Expected profile
- Minimum Bac+3 training in business development, project management, or engineering (energy, environment, building).
- Proven experience in managing partner networks, commercial coordination, or developing technical cooperation.
- Good knowledge of the players in real estate, environmental or energy engineering.
- Rigour, method, ability to structure and follow through on commitments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a stable posture in exchanges with partners, a sense of diplomacy and relational continuity.
