MEP Cost Strategist

ARKEMEP, a subsidiary of the group ARKORIS, is a technical engineering firm specializing in building systems (HVAC, ventilation, hydraulics, electrical) and energy performance (RE2020). We support construction and renovation professionals in designing efficient, precise technical solutions that meet environmental requirements. As part of the development of our Aix-en-Provence office, we are recruiting a MEP Cost Strategist to structure the drafting of technical documents (CCTP), ensure cost estimation and guarantee the consistency of study files.
Your mission: to write, estimate, guarantee
You will join a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians. Working directly with project managers, you will be responsible for the technical and financial aspects of projects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, low-voltage systems), within a methodical and structured framework.

Your mission: to write, estimate, guarantee
You will join a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians. Working directly with project managers, you will be responsible for the technical and financial aspects of projects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, low-voltage systems), within a methodical and structured framework.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drafting of technical specifications for the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and control systems packages.
- Preparation of DPGFs, estimates and quantities.
- Verification of consistency between written documents and execution plans.
- Checking the alignment of parts with thermal and acoustic studies.
- Production of bid analysis reports and support for procurement.
- Participation in site meetings, with technical support for clients.
- Minimum Bac+2 diploma in climate engineering, energy or electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in pricing studies, in a company or engineering firm.
- Good command of technical packages (HVAC, plumbing, electrical/low voltage systems, smoke extraction).
- Knowledge of health and fire regulations is appreciated.
- Rigour, organisation, clarity of writing.
- Ability to communicate with project teams, project owners and technical partners.
- A clear positioning : applied technical engineering, at the service of energy and environmental performance.
- A structured framework : permanent contract, 37 hours, 12 RTT days, profit sharing, performance-based bonuses.
