ARKEMEP, the thermal, acoustic, and fluid engineering office of the ARKORIS group, works with project owners on the design, management, and security of building technical systems. Our expertise covers climate control, ventilation, hydraulics, electrical systems, and energy performance (RE2020). As part of the development of our Aix-en-Provence office, we are recruiting a HVAC & Hydraulics Specialist to strengthen our systems engineering division.
Your mission: to design, size, and guarantee
You will be responsible for the design, sizing, and coordination of HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), plumbing, and smoke extraction systems for construction and renovation projects. You will ensure the technical quality of studies, the accuracy of deliverables, and the operational monitoring of services.

Your mission: to design, size, and guarantee
You will be responsible for the design, sizing, and coordination of HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning), plumbing, and smoke extraction systems for construction and renovation projects. You will ensure the technical quality of studies, the accuracy of deliverables, and the operational monitoring of services.
Your main responsibilities
- Design and sizing : HVAC, plumbing, smoke extraction systems, taking into account energy and environmental requirements.
- Drafting technical documents : CCTP, CCAP, project estimates, verification of regulatory thermal studies and plans.
- Monitoring the progress of operations : checking the technical conformity of studies, managing the quality of work.
- Participate in site meetings : ensure coordination with project owners, architects and partner companies.
- Supporting clients : ensuring continuity of the mission until delivery, securing technical choices and arbitrations.
Expected profile
- Bac+5 degree in climate engineering, energy or building systems engineering.
- Proven experience in design office or in HVAC/hydraulic project management.
- Strong technical skills in air conditioning, ventilation, hydraulics, plumbing.
- Knowledge of health and fire regulations is appreciated.
- Organization, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, stable posture in client relations.
