Your mission: to assess, structure, and guarantee

As aEcological Solutions LeadYou will be responsible for ecological assessments and environmental certification processes for our clients. You will contribute to the operational integration of regulatory, technical, and methodological requirements into projects. You will participate in ensuring that biodiversity performance commitments are met.

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyze and anticipate : carry out biodiversity studies, natural aspects of impact studies, Natura 2000 impacts, ecological assessment.
  • Optimize and advise : support project owners and project teams in integrating ecological, energy and environmental requirements.
  • Certify and guarantee : assist clients in obtaining Effinature labels and Biodiversity Performance Diagnostics (BPS), in direct connection with IRICE.
  • Collaborating and structuring : coordinating actions with architects, design offices, project management assistance and local authorities, to guarantee the technical robustness of projects.
  • Manage and monitor : organize missions, ensure compliance with technical requirements, monitor quality and deadlines.

Expected profile

  • Bac+5 degree in ecology, environment, biological engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in ecological studies, biodiversity diagnostics, environmental certification.
  • Good command of the Environmental Code, GIS tools and fauna-flora-habitat inventory methods.
  • Methodological rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders (project owners, engineering firms, local authorities).
