Building Diagnostics Lead

We act as independent experts in regulatory diagnostics, environmental certifications, and compliance assessments, working alongside project owners, engineering firms, and construction companies. As part of our business development, we are recruiting a Building Diagnostics Lead, responsible for leading technical diagnostic missions and regulatory measures on construction and renovation operations.

Your mission: to measure, control, guarantee

You are responsible for conducting building performance tests and monitoring the technical aspects of regulatory measures. You ensure the quality, compliance, and reliability of the assessments carried out, from the preparation phase to the delivery of results to clients.

Your main responsibilities

• Carry out air permeability tests of buildings (infiltration testing – RE2020 and existing RT).
• Carry out acoustic measurements : indoor, outdoor, environmental.
• Implementing airtightness measures for air distribution systems : verifying the performance of HVAC installations.
• Carry out the regulatory ventilation measurements : compliance of air flow rates according to the RE2020 protocol.
• Participate in the monitoring of sustainable construction sites : monitoring of environmental requirements, on-site surveys, contribution to the quality processes of operations.
• Formalize results and reports : clear writing, traceability of controls, transmission of data to project teams and clients.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices : feedback, evolution of internal methodologies, regulatory monitoring.

Expected profile

• Minimum Bac+2 in the field of building, energy, acoustics or physical measurements.
• Proven experience in technical diagnostics, regulatory testing, permeability measurements, acoustic measurements or ventilation.
• Proficiency in measurement equipment, knowledge of regulatory protocols (RE2020, NRA, air network measurement).
• Rigour, method, ability to guarantee the reliability of measurements.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills, ability to communicate effectively with project management teams, project managers and companies.
