BREEAM / HQE BD Project Lead

We support project owners in the technical and regulatory structuring of their projects, with an approach based on methodological robustness and a strong focus on the requirements of the energy and ecological transition. To strengthen our team, we are recruiting a BREEAM Project Lead, responsible for leading environmental certification processes within the framework of construction and renovation projects.

Your mission: to lead, support, and guarantee

You are responsible for implementing BREEAM and HQE Sustainable Building certifications with public and private project owners. You contribute to the operational integration of environmental requirements into projects and ensure the quality of deliverables within deadlines.

Your main responsibilities

• Managing certification processes : monitoring BREEAM and HQE BD projects, planning milestones, coordinating stakeholders.
• Supporting project owners and design teams : integrating certification criteria into technical and architectural choices, raising awareness among stakeholders.
• Evaluate the associated technical studies : compliance of thermal (RE2020), acoustic, and structural shutters with the requirements of the standards.
• Supervise audits and controls : organize compliance checks, participate in OPRs, monitor corrective actions until certifications are obtained.
• Participate in project meetings : coordination with architects, design offices, project management assistance and companies, formalization of arbitrations.
• Contributing to the capitalization of practices : feedback, consolidation of internal methods.

Expected profile

• Minimum Bac+5 in the fields of building, energy or environment.
• Proven experience as a BREEAM Assessor, in a design office, inspection office or certification body.
• Solid knowledge in thermal engineering (RE2020), acoustics and environmental certification (NF HQE, BREEAM, Sustainable Building).
• Valued skills in building fluids and technical systems.
• Organization, rigor, ability to synthesize information.
• Strong interpersonal skills, stable approach to project management and client relations.
