BIM & CAD Designer

ARKEMEP, the thermal, acoustic, fluid, and electrical engineering office of the ARKORIS group, works with project owners on the design, sizing, and operation of building technical systems. We work on climate control, ventilation, hydraulics, electrical systems, and energy performance (RE2020). As part of the development of our Aix-en-Provence office, we are recruiting a BIM & CAD Designer, with proven skills in CFO/CFA And HVAC/Hydraulics.

Your mission: to model, structure, coordinate

You will be responsible for producing plans, diagrams, and schematics related to the building's technical installations. You will contribute to project modeling in a BIM environment, ensuring graphic and technical consistency with all other trades.

Your main responsibilities

• Prepare plans and diagrams : electrical systems (power/control), HVAC systems, hydraulic installations, ventilation, smoke extraction.
• Produce the principle diagrams and synoptic diagrams of the distribution : integration of technical requirements, compliance with current standards.
• Modeling under REVIT and participating in BIM processes : ensuring the quality and compatibility of deliverables in the collaborative work environment.
• Contribute to the inter-lot synthesis : ensure coordination with other disciplines (structure, acoustics, thermal, ecology).
• Participate in technical discussions with project engineers and external partners.

Expected profile

• Minimum Bac+2 training with specialization in electrotechnics, climate engineering, or fluids.
• Proven experience in design office or project management, on the production of CFO/CFA and HVAC/Hydraulics plans.
• Proficiency in REVIT and associated CAD/BIM tools.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems (high voltage, low voltage, fire safety systems) and HVAC/hydraulic installations.
• Organization, rigor, ability to work in interface with several technical professions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, stable posture in internal and external communications.
