Acoustic Solutions Lead

Building acoustic studies – Design, diagnosis, sound performance

ARKEMEP (ARKORIS Group) – Aix-en-Provence Agency

ARKEMEP, the thermal, acoustic, and fluid engineering office of the ARKORIS group, assists project owners in integrating the technical, environmental, and regulatory requirements of real estate projects. We work on the design of energy systems, the acoustic performance of buildings, regulatory assessments, and the management of environmental impacts. To strengthen our acoustics department, we are recruiting a Acoustic Solutions Lead, responsible for structuring and managing acoustic studies within the framework of construction and renovation projects.

Your mission: analyze, design, guarantee

You will be responsible for conducting acoustic studies of buildings, both interior and exterior, in conjunction with project teams and project owners. You will contribute to the technical quality of the operations, the robustness of the proposed acoustic solutions, and the overall coherence of the projects.

Your main responsibilities

  • Carry out building acoustic studies : interior and exterior analyses, according to the NRA 2000 standard and current reference standards.
  • Perform acoustic simulations : modeling using Gamba and Acoubat software.
  • Designing acoustic plans : integrating sound requirements into the principle plans, coordinating with other technical packages (thermal, ventilation, structures).
  • Ensuring technical synthesis : articulation of acoustic studies with other disciplines, contribution to the coherence of projects in the design and implementation phases.
  • Participate in operational monitoring : exchanges with project owners, architects, partner design offices, representation of the acoustic aspect in project meetings.

Expected profile

  • Minimum Bac+5 with specialization in building acoustics.
  • Proven experience in acoustic design offices or acoustic project management.
  • Proficiency in NRA 2000 standards and Gamba and Acoubat simulation tools.
  • Organization, rigor, ability to synthesize information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to structure technical dialogue with the various stakeholders in the project.

Why join ARKEMEP?

  • Integrated engineering: daily interaction with the thermal, acoustic, fluid, certification and ecology departments of the ARKORIS group.
  • A clear mission: to guarantee the acoustic quality of projects, while respecting regulatory requirements and user expectations.
  • A stable framework: permanent contract, executive status, 37 hours, 12 RTT days, profit sharing, performance bonuses.
  • A respectful organization: controlled hours, agency located in Aix-en-Provence (Milles business park), multimodal access.
  • Possible progression: continuing education, skills development, versatility, open career path towards broader functions.
